Who exercised Friday 2/6?

Let's hear it!

I went jogging for 40 minutes.

Have a super weekend!
 
I did the 3 mile WATP's walk away wieghts and ran 10 times up and down the stairs.
 
I did! Went to Shape-up (similar to Curves) after work. Did that 3 times this week. I also walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my office, sometimes 3-4 times a day. I don't usually think to add points for that though. But if I eat about 2 flex points every day, I hope that kind of evens it out. I'm just starting my 3rd week, so we'll see how I do....this week it seems I want to eat

I ran only 3 miles due to running alone in the dark. When I got back to the track (my 3 mile loop is in a neighborhood), there wasn't anyone in sight and only my car was in the parking lot, so for safety reasons I decided to head home without doing my extra half mile. After a lady telling me her story of being attacked at the mall and being in the hospital in intensive care for 6 days at Christmas due to a head injury, I was feeling pretty spooked. Congrats to all on all of the great exercise!
