Good morning WISHers!

Let's get out there and get moving!

Today I did the 3 mile WATP for the first time, and I did make it all the way through, just barely :p Felling pretty good now, and I'm ready for a lot of stuff at work today!

So who's with me? :earsboy:
 
finishing the 3 miler -- i'm proud of you!

I went to spinning class this morning at the Y -- must say that tues I felt like it was a bit easier so this morning I cranked my resistence up just like quarter turn more and whew, I was whipped! i'm glad to get in a good workout though :)
 
Hey guys, great job getting in the exercise!!

I did the FIRM Body Sculpt and added the abs from Total Body Sculpt plus Abs.
 

I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill and 2 miles on the recumbant bike. I start a new cardio class next week and I can't wait!
 
3 mile run today at lunch time!

legs were a bit uneasy on the way back up the steps here at work, but it's a good feeling!
 
Hello everyone!

I did the 2 mile WATP and I tried the FIRM Ab Scultp for the first time. I was able to finish it (unlike the cardio video) and boy, I already feel it! I really enjoyed that tape and I'm glad I picked up.

I did 25 mins of Pilates and 40 mins on the elliptical. Think I'll do some crunches tonight, as I am feeling really bloated. I know the crunches don't really help with that, but I just feel better about it if I do something!

so far the pedometer is only showing 6600 steps
dont think Im going to make my 10,000
 
Did some time on THE THING aka the elliptical. I hate that sucker :tongue: . I'm still fighting the urges to eat, though. . . :worried:
 
I did 2 miles on the treadmill. I wanted to do more but there wasn't time, oh well 2 miles is better than nothing. I actually jogged 1 minute out of every 5 today for the first time.

Hi everyone,
Great job as usual! I managed to get on the treadmill again today, and went a total of three miles for over 300 calories burned. The best part is I acutually jogged 1 1/2 miles this time after a half mile warm up; then walked another half mile, jogged a quarter and walked the last quarter to cool down. This is the longest I have been able to jog at one time.:p Then did my leg/weights routine.
Have to do some crunches before bed, but I am glad to be still on track. I haven't missed a day of exercise since I started on Feb.9th, and I know a lot of it is because I want to post on this daily thread! THANKS:teeth:

I walked 2 miles, did upper body weights and butt toning exercises
 
I felt better today, later on anyway, so I gave it my all on the 2 mile WATP video. :D
 
I got my 40 min in on the *evil* stepper! :tongue:
 
I worked out at the gym last night - 20 min stationary bike, then arm, leg, and back machines, plus 10 min of crunches
