Who else will be going to HHN for the first time this year?

This will be our first HHN and I swear I am more excited about this than WWOHP and that is saying something. Halloween has always been my favorite holiday-Sorry Santa, and this year I get to start celebrating early and in my favorite park. Anyone else making their first HHN this year? I know I cannot be the only one.With all this excitement leading up to everything am I in danger of being disappointed?

I will be going for the first time as well. I am a very impatient person and hate standing in lines, so that's the only thing I'm worried about. It seems like I'm going during the lowest crowded time (first week in October, two Thursdays and one Sunday), but from what people say, the lines are oppressive.

We will be there early Oct as well staying at HRH beginning Oct 2 and I am hoping I will get a chance to do everything that Sat and Sun. I am also dreading the crowds and am wondering if it would be worth it to try the tour.

This will be our 4th trip to Universal and our 1st HHN....going with DD(24) and DS(20). We're so excited, it sounds like we'll have a great time if it's anything like previous years.

We are! It will be my husband and I, our 22 yr old DD, 13 yr old DS, and DD's BF. I'm excited, but seriously .

We will be doing an off peak night (Wednesday or Thursday) and also definitely getting the HHN Express Pass since we are only doing one night and want to see as much as possible.

I was excited as you guys 2 years ago when I was getting for my first HHN and let me tell you - you will not be disappointed!!

If you plan on going multiple nights, don't forget to check out the Frequent Fear Pass that will soon be available. It allows you to go multiple nights (they are predetermined, so check the dates first) for the price of 1 night!

We have DIS meets in the Stay & Scream areas on different nights. I'm usually there opening night and most Sundays.

We will post a thread later in the summer with the dates and who will be coming those nights. It's a great time for all!

Well, I bought my HHN ticket today for Oct. 14th, on a Thursday, I am very excited, also have 3 days of US and IOA, and of course MNSSHP for the 11th. So it's starting to fall into place.
