Who else wants to see King Kong?

Yes, husband and DS9 is planning on seeing it.

Hopefully. the originally 1933 version wil be aired on TV for my son to watch.

When is it playing???????????????????

Wow, opening day brought in $9,755,745. Granted it was a Wednesday opening, but I wonder if Jackson and company are a bit worried.

My Gf and I saw it last night (BIG MISTAKE!! FRIDAY KIDDIES!!) but even with that we thought it was very good. I complained to the theater about the kids and maybe they'll give us tickets to see it again.

As with LOTR, KK was a little slow in the beginning but picked up the pace as the movie progressed. I'm planning on getting the DVD when it comes out. The special effects were awsome especially Kong. I think I could even smell him he looked that real. Oh, wait, that must have been the man sitting behind me.

:teeth: My Mom, 3 of my friends, and myself went and saw it last night. :lovestruc I absolutely loved it!!! It is now like, my favorite movie of all-time. :goodvibes I totally lost it in the end of the movie, and the neck of my shirt was covered in tears. :guilty: It was very good and the special effects were awesome. I want to go see it again soon.

Do any of y'all know by chance when it is going to be released on DVD? Seems like they come out faster and faster as time goes on... ;)
