Dont mean to create a "bummer" post here, if it needs moving, I perfectly understand. I just know that DVCers frequent WDW enough to maybe experience this.
Seems lke every trip, one of us goes home with a cold from WDW. Its frustrating! This trip, I felt it coming on Sun. nite. It got full blown last night, enough that I kept DW awake most of the night. I finally got up about 5:30 and took a pepsi and a book to the Iron Spike Room, grabbed a leather chair and tried to rest. Mostly did this to give DW a break. We will be driving home tommorow and need lots of rest. This inevitably happens every trip now.
I figure being in the crowds, lots of stuff floating around. But I am overboard on washing hands. Which leads to another beef, people leaving the restrooms everywhere, not washing hands. Yuck!! Been taking vitamin C, brought Zicam to ward off possible colds, drinking plenty of fluids. AAAARRRGH, all to no avail.
Sorry for the pouting, just needed to let off the steam! Now DD is not feeling good. And we have been here since day after Thanksgiving. So we have had time to adjust to weather changes, etc.
Are we the only ones that this happens too, or are there others?
