Who else registered for the Happiest Pin Event on Earth today.

I registered today at high noon. This is my first time attending this event and I have no idea what to expect. I'm hoping some pin event vets can show me the ropes. I'm very much looking foward to this event and I hope to meet some of you there.

I'm in....two of us will be going. Myself and DD12. This will be her first pin event but my second. I went to Tink's Summer Pin Quest last summer. That was alot of fun and I met alot of people. This one at EPCOT is the biggest one they do all year. My list of pins I want is huge...may have to rethink some of them or just not eat all summer to help pay for them...lol

I'm thinking about going but I'm not sure my significant other will be interested. I was bitten by the pin bug in Feb. I only have about 8 pins so far but I really like the thought of collecting pins. Anyway my question is, if I am unable to go is there anyone who would be willing to pick up a few pins for me. Also What is this RSP that you are talking about. Thanks.

The RSP (Random Selection Process) is a form you fill out with the pins you want in a specific order. The computer puts everyone's first pin in the mix and so long as they still have enough in inventory, you get it. If not, the computer selects people = the number left in inventory.

For example: If you and 50 other people put the LE Figment Framed set first, then only 25 of you get it and the other 25 people are mad/dejected/downcast......etc.
Of course, if you put it second on your list, then you have no chance of getting it.
