Who else is going March 6th-13th?

We are planning a trip to WDW March 6th-13th. We are staying at POFQ and are driving from NC with our DD (3) and my SIL (18). Just wanted to see who else was going at this time and who has been at this time. I don't think it's Spring Break week, but want to be prepared!

We'll be there (all 10 of us!) from the 6th to the 14th, and we're staying at POFQ too! It looks like it will be busy, but manageable. We get up early, and stay up late, so we need a vacation after we get home from our vacation! Hoping for nice weather.

It's awfully exciting, isn't it? Have you been to FQ before? We love it, it's a beautiful resort. We've been late Feb/early March, and have always had good weather and a great time. With Easter being later this year, I'm hoping the crowds are what we're used to, but we'll have a blast either way!

We will be there March 7-14th staying at CSR. Almost the same days.

This is our first trip so I am hoping for great weather. From what I have read on here, the crowds should pick up thru the week headed into the weekend of the 13th. Spring Break starts that weekend.

Also, the flower and Garden festival is starting earlier this year during this time, and that may also impact the crowds especially at epcot. I really have nothing to compare to, I haven't been there since I was a kid, so we shall see.

I am very excited! This is our first stay at POFQ. We have stayed at CS, ASM, and POP. We thought that the FQ may be a little quieter since it is a smaller hotel. We normally go in January and the last time we went (which was the first week in January) the crowds were terrible! I am hoping to beat most of the spring break crowd. I will be fine with whatever crowds as I am kinda go with the flow, but DH gets frustrated with it easy and add a 3 year old into the mix and it can get dicey! But I am determined to have a great time and for my daughter to have a great time!

POFQ is a quiet resort, it's so peaceful to walk "home" after a long day of trekking through the parks. We've always had good weather, too, during that time.

DH and I will be there March 10-15. We will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We will be at AKV and the kids will be home in NJ. They can't be too angry since we will be taking them in Dec for 9 days.

I have just really gotten excited because it's a little over a month away now!! DD is so excited! She doesn't remember her first trip there (she was 15 months), but she did take her first 'real steps' there! I am even more excited to see her reactions to everything and she's tall for her age (right at 40in) and not scared of anything, so she'll be able to ride a lot too!

Woo Hoo! We leave a month from tomorrow (well, exactly 4 weeks, anyway!) and I'm getting excited. Planning on taking all the girls for pedicures the night before we leave, so we'll all have pretty toes! Our luggage tags and ME tags came in the mail this week, so Mickey must be excited about us coming, too!

Anyone else have anything fun planned between now and when we leave?

We are leaving home (Virginia) on the 5th, stopping in Hilton Head to visit my cousin, then we head down to WDW POFQ on the 6th! We are soooo excited! It has been 2 years since our last visit! We usually go either in October, or Feb, so we are hoping for low crowds and hot temps! (tired of the winter here!)
Have stayed at POR, AKL, CBR so I hope that we love POFQ as much as all of those!

My poor family. I've been planning this trip since November and they think it will never arrive. The good thing is, a trip to Disney has definitely kept my kids' behavior in check....getting grumpy? "We don't want to miss Disney World do we?"....DS fighting with DD? "It's not too late to cancel our trip to Disney World!".....such a mean mommy. Psst...it works!!

We'll be at CSR - I really hope we find some of you during our visit, these boards have been invaluable!!

Will be in the World in exactly 2 weeks from today!!!
I really need this trip. Work has been a bear since New Years. 7 days a week solid.

I will be chillin' and enjoying the parks solo for the first time. My wife says I need the "me time".

For those who are staying at POFQ - it is a great place to stay. Was just there during our last visit. Cast members were great and had alot of fun with the guests. Every nite they hand out beads in the gift shop to celebrate Madigras. So stop there on your way back to your room.

pwcarlson, Have fun at the Lodge! We're planning on dinner one night at Whispering Canyon, we do love it at the lodge, but are really looking forward to being at POFQ. So excited, only 11 days!

I will be there March 10 - 13. This is a last minute trip with two friends of mine and we are staying at CSR. It is one of those "I've got to get away" trips. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!

We're going March 4 - March 12 staying at the Animal Kingdom Villas.

I've been twice before at this time of year. It's pretty nice and the weather is usually good too
