I do and I am pumped :woohoo: Moreover I have 100% of my shopping done for the Holiday, so tomorrow is going to be me sitting in the recliner with a nice cup of hot chocolate and reading all day, best Christmas present to myself ever :goodvibes

Who else has a 3 day weekend? and are you relaxing or running around finishing up some last minute shopping?

I am a sahm so I never get a day off lol. But dh is off tomorrow and from the look of his back this morning, today as well. Although I will probably drive him to the office so he can grab stuff to work on from home today.

3 day weekend here too!! The girls are in New Hampshire visiting their Dad for Christmas so it's just DH and I at home. We're going to see a movie on Friday and stay home on Saturday and Sunday. I told DH that if tells his mother we will go to her house I will kill him!! She lives 2 plus hours away and we go all the time and I'm not spending Christmas in the car!

I'm off until Monday...finished up my final exam last night so now I can finally relax :woohoo:well, I still have baking and wrapping to do but at least I don't have to worry about studying or going to work lol

I actually have a four day weekend--we get Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. So we get tomorrow & Monday. And since New Year's Day falls on Saturday, we're getting next Friday as well. So I decided to take Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday off so this is my last day of work for the year 2010! :cool1:

I have a three day weekend starting at 4:30 today! I still haven't finished baking. I have to make cookies and apricot tarts and probably a pie. If I am left in peace to do it I will enjoy it. If other people have other plans for me or the phone starts ringing it will stress me out, though. The only present I haven't bought is for DD's boyfriend and I am totally at a loss on what to get him. He works and has plenty of money so I am not inclined toward gift cards. He is one of those kids who has everything already. I want to give him something, though, because I like the kid. :confused3 I am sure I will find something.....

12 day weekend here. :)
Got ya beat. I left half hour early yesterday, so I have a 12 day and 30 minute weekend :lmao:

I should have left yesterday at 1 using up my last 2 hours of vacation, but I had a last minute order to produce and it took me up to 2:30 to finish up.

I'm working until noon tomorrow, but then we get Monday off for Boxing Day, so that's 3.5 days. Plus, I may take vacation days on Tuesday and Wednesday, making it a really nice long weekend! :cloud9:

3 day weekend here too. Well, maybe 4 depending on what the snow does.

I wrapped all of DD's presents last night so tonight I need to wrap DBF and my parents' gifts. Tomorrow morning we have to run 13 miles , go to church, then go to DBF's parents for gift exchanges so we need to get it all done tonight.

10.5 day weekend here. We have early dismissal and then no school until Jan. 3rd.

Looking forward to a couple of quiet days, a couple of days with the grands, and New Year's weekend with SIL & BIL in OCMD.

I'm on day 6 of a 16 day weekend. My parents are visiting. The kids are out of school. It's a wonderful time. I do kind of miss work though, so I "dialed" in this morning.

That's awesome that so many people have extended time off :goodvibes

Of course I am so used to being up for work that it's 5:50 am and here I am wide awake...which will set up a nice afternoon nap Disney Vacation style after or during reading "The Light Fantastic" by Terry Pratchett.

Anyway glad to hear so many people have time off to spend with their families and/or time with themselves to recharge their batteries for what hopefully will be an amazing 2011, we can only go up from here right? :thumbsup2

DH has from 12-18 to 1-3 off ....technically, but knowing him, he will do some work at home.
His company basically shuts down.

Technically I have a five day weekend every week. I only work on Wednesdays and Thursdays. (And once in a while I will take a vacation.)

9 days here, 5 of it vacation.
In TV there are holidays, but holidays do not mean a day off, so the only way to get time off at the holidays is to have enough seniority to take vacation during Christmas.
