Who else covers their ears in dinosaur?

i do that through the whole ride.

I went on that ride ONCE, last summer. And even though I was ill and seriously feeling nauseated the whole time, I was kind of having this 'moment', where I was attempting to be brave and try out rides I would have NEVER done before.

Dinosaur was one of them! ^__^

FREAKED ME OUT, THAT RIDE DID. And I seriously forced my family to let me sit in the middle, since I had heard that that was the 'safest' place to be.

I didn't cover my ears, but I was kind of like, curling into my own personal, human ball throughout the entire ride. I don't even think I really paid attention to what was going on around me most of the time, because I was too busy focusing on the OH SO BEAUTIFUL spot on the ground! I think that that was what I was doing when the T-rex came out because...I don't even remember seeing it.

I do remember the terradactyl tho! That like, flies over you head and stuff? Yeah, I like, melted into to floor on that part! ^__^

And! I was like, shaking from fear, on a COMPLETE adrenaline high and bouncing around when I got off. I was all like "THAT WAS SO FREAKISH. It scared me. But I would go on it again! Yup. Scary. But awesome!"

It's funny I was literally just talking about this with my friend.
Because he was asking me 'are you actually scared of robot dinosaurs like you claim to be'....and i ACTUALLY REALLY AM.
It's like....an actual phobia of mine! I get forced on that bloody ride every trip by my family and I almost have a heart attack every time.
I just HATE robot dinos.
I don't have a problem with the roughness or bumpiness of the ride, but the thought of those dinosaurs literally makes me skin crawl.

Think of the thing you are the most afraid of in life.....that's how I feel about robot dinos.

I'm shuddering just thinking about it.
My sister made me try and watch a youtube vid of the jurassic park ride @ universal....i was SO scared just watching the video!! hahaha.
i dunno...they just terrify me.
I'd rather be covered in spiders and snakes standing on the top of the CN tower in the dark than have to be face to face with a robot dino.

If Dinosaur ever broke down at the part where that huge dinos in your face I might literally melt into a puddle of fear.

I love the ride, but I freak out every time I go on it. I mean- as soon as we get near it I go "I call far left!" Because of the huge dinosaur at the end! (it's not a trex, I think it starts with a C?)
It's not the bumpiness, or even the loudness. I guess its the whole gigantic robo dinos for me too. My dad is the only one who ever complains about being deaf after the ride, in all the pictures he only looks annoyed instead of everyone else actually ducking into their seats and screaming their heads off Gotta love Dinosaur!
I always said if I was going to be the CM to look at people's pictures after the rides, it would be there. I love looking at those.

I feel the same way... I put the blame on riding Back to the Future. I'm extremely glad that nobody forces me on.

I've never been on the ride, but I do know the dinosaur everyone's talking about isn't a T-Rex. I'm pretty sure i've read it's not even in the ride. The main dinosaur is called a carnotaurus. It's also the main antagonist in the movie Dinosaur, I think.

Maybe I'm the odd ball here but the ride doesn't scare me one bit I don't mind it at all...
I know lots of people hate this ride but I don't
But the Jurrasic Park ride at Universal Hollywood I HATE that ride lol

ITA. I love every ride in Disney, I rode tower of terror like, 7 times in a row. But I hated Dinosaur. It was so loud, honestly the loudest thing I've ever heard, and really rough. And I wish it's name was still Countdown to Extinction
