I agree with you. Just one more reason to appreciate the stellar services of FD&D, who do "live and breathe Disney"I know I've read many posts from people who went to an agency like CAA, for instance, and the agency's "Disney specialist" didn't know even basic things a real Disney specialist TA would know kwim? Doing some homework before you go to an agency is probably a good gauge of how much the agent actually knows before you book with them is surely a good idea.

, and their smiles and giggles, that alone was worth it to us. Today, we are glad we did it, because we would never get that reaction again.
imho the character interaction is way better.
