Yeah, a man who spent the surplus and sent us into a 9 TRILLION dollar debt is great.

A man who lead us into a pointless war is a great president.

A man who presided over the highest gasoline prices in US history and refused to use the national reserves as past presidents have is a great president.

A man who became president after losing the popular vote by over 500,000 votes, with the help of his fathers appointments to the Supreme Court is a great president.

A man who set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12 month period is a great president.

A man who in his first year in office set the all-time record for most days on vacation by any president in US history is a great president.

A man who after taking the entire month of August off for vacation, presided over the worst security failure in US history is a great president.

A man who in his first two years in office over 2 million Americans lost their jobs is a great president.

A man who appointed more convicted criminals to administration positions than any president in US history is a great president.

A man who cut healthcare benefits for war veterans is a great president.

A man who dissolved more international treaties than any president in US history is a great president.

A man who rendered the entire United Nations irrelevant is a great president.

...and many many more. I'm sorry, I know your entitled to your opinion, but if you look at what he's done compared to past presidents, dubya is one of the WORST presidents in the history of this country.






As for who is the best. I would have to say FDR. He lead us out of the depression, creating millions of jobs for Americans. He lead us through most of WWII. He helped cure Polio. Plus more.

Honorable mention include Andrew Jackson, Lincoln, JFK, Ronald Regan, and Bill Clinton :O

Even with my limited knowledge of all the presidents (im a Brit me!) I do American History at school (my fav subject!) we are doign the civil war atm, I think Abe Lincoln was an amazing president (we call him Linky for short, cause we love him!) I also thing George washington did a damn good job and ofcourse our loveable Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
I have to admit Bush is quite near the bottom of my list, not thinking of anywhere outside America unless to think them evil is never gonna make the best leader to sort out 3rd World debt or the global enviormental problems is it now?

Really? I've thought that Bush has been trying to solve another countries problems (the miserably failing war) before trying to solve his own.
