to be the cheapest place or company, whatever it maybe to book with etc for dlrp ???

we have now twice booked with cresta via first choice with direct flights ( from edinburgh so can be expensive ) and transfers, staying in a dlrp hotel and exclusive passes for both parks while we are staying.

last year a 4 night / 5 day break with all the above in june cost us around £1300

and this year for the same as above but in october cost us £1400.

But am still not sure we are always getting the best deal so whats your best deal and where have you found it and also who would you recommend as being the best to book and travel with.

lol can you tell am future planning ... ;)

we booked directly with DLRP everytime we went and it's been great! The first time we booked it on the website and it was probable the best deal - we had an extra night for free and 15% off on top which was fab! We booked Eurostar separately as it just wouldn't let us book through DLRP site.

Direct with Disney or with a company called French Life.

I have just noticed that Easyjet are now flying direct from Edinburgh to CDG which may work out cheaper. We keep the cost down by staying at Explorers and you also get good rates for the Holiday Inn. Expedia sometimes have some good rates too!

I always book with Disney direct. In Germany the prices for a Disney vacation are the same everywere. The prices are the same in the brochures and on the internet and in a travel agency. So no matter were you book you always get the same price. :thumbsup2 I don't know if this is different in the UK? :confused3

And the passes for both parks are not exclusive they are included in every package that you book. (Except you book a room as an AP!)

We have only booked once through an agent as we found it so much cheaper to book the individual parts of the holiday directly ourselves.

For £1970 (4 people) we are staying at the HI, (with breakfast) buying Ap's (Dream), private transport to & from the airport and flights for 10 nights over Christmas and the New Year.

On the 2 occasiosn we booked with an agent we only got /6 nights for that amount .

It really is worth the bit of initial organising to either extend your stay or save some aditional costs before you go. :thumbsup2

Just a tip though - always book your flights on the day they are released for sale. We just paid £7.99 out to CDG and £9.52 return (plus taxes) for our December 24th trip.

IMHO only as some people like the comfort of booking through an agent or direct so its horses for courses. :goodvibes
