Who do you book with?

If you want the dining plan, do you book with DisneyUK, Disneyworld, or a TA?
The UK site is cheaper, but doesnt apply any discount codes if any come out, whereas the US site does. The US site price depends on the exchange rate at the time of payment though, so could cost more even with any discounts! Decisions, decisions, decisions.
I have booked flights with Virgin. If they did the dining plan I would have booked everything through them!

I am in the process of canceliing our booking with Virgin. We are going to re-book a fly-drive and book a room/ticket package with Disney here in the UK because we want the 14 day ultimate ticket. As far as I'm aware you can't book the dining plan if you get a discounted room.

I book flydrives direct with Virgin Holidays and then book either direct with the hotels in Olando or us DreamsUnlimited to book Disney resorts hotels

I changed my original booking (POFQ for 8 nights with dining plan and 14 day tickets) with disney UK and re-booked with www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com as they are the same price as booking direct but I got free dining which was much cheaper.

For £25 I was able to transfer my original deposit with Disney UK to 1 night hotel only at AKL (we were going to stay at Pop for two nights but I want to see those animals!).

As we're off-site the second week I wasn't too fussed about the park tickets, I still got 10 day park hoppers with access to the waterparks and pleasure island etc. We won't be at Disney for 14 days so 10 days is more than enough.

I still saved well over £250 by doing this. Long live free dining!

for the free dinning plan offer you have to book with the usa .You can use someone like dreams or direct with disney.com or phone them direct .We booked 14 nights but had to break it up into two 7 night stays,as they wouldent let you book it for more then 10 nights.To get the free dinning you have to a least buy a 1 day base ticket for all in your party for each booking.Weird when we priced it up seperatly if we booked a room and ticket worked out dearer than the free dinning package ,more mony saved

We book a fly drive from the UK< often cheaper than a flight and seperate car hire, and then with Disney in the uS for the annuaol pass discounts. They more than make up for exchange rate risks.

I booked as three week trip with car hire and Universal for the first week through Virgin, Then the DCL cruise and the Polynesian stay including free DDP through DREAMS UNLIMITED
