Who do you book through?

We usually stay off-site & book everything ourselves. This year we have decided to stay on-site. I was thinking of booking through a service as opposed to booking through Disney themselves because I am not very informed on the use of codes. I understand that the agencies will get you the best possible rate & keep an eye out for codes. What I am really worried about is choosing the wrong agency. I would like soeone we can trust. Any recommendations?

I usually book myself. However, dreams unlimited would be a great place to start. Many disers have used them and have has wonderful things to say. We used WDWVacations.com that I found on mousesaver.com last year. They saved us $800.00 by changing our original AAA discount two times as better deals came out. They also made all of our priority seatings for us. Great and free service. The best example I can give of how good they are is when the first hurricaine hit Florida last August. We were supposed to fly out that Saturday but MCO was closed. We got back from the airport and I e-mailed and left a voice mail for our agent. She and the family were supposed to come home from WDW that day but could not get out. In the midst of all this she contacted me to tell me Disney offered a full refund or a new reservation, whatever we wanted. What great service! Really nice people to deal with.

I have used Dreams Unlimited and had wonderful service. This year we booked with AAA travel because they were running a WDW special that included $25 Disney Dollars along with all the usual AAA perks. This is the first year we ever booked a package - because we want to try the new dining option.

Yes, they are constantly looking for new codes. I have changede my reservations for the trip last week and the one coming in April based on better deals that they have found for me. They also proide you with a detailed itinerary for your trip and will book your Priority Seatings. There is a place on the client website that allows you to pull up the itinerary with the actual PS numbers in case you need to change them.
