Who do I talk to to ask Disney to stop being so helpful

Okay I know this is going to sound like I am nuts but Disney has such great service and systems in place its making our trip a little hectic.

For months we have told the kids we are staying offsite which we are for most of the trip but decided to spend the last night at AoA.

Well on MDE it shows that reservation and one day while looking at our FP+ my oldest daughter got it out and asked. Kids don't know so I told her we decided to have a last day breakfast as I scrolled away.

Then the other day Disney sent us a mailer and it had in several places our hotel info in it.

While I love Disney and love that they sent us this info I wish there was a spot you could click when making a reservation that said something like "this is a surprise" that way it would be hidden on MDE and when a mailer came it would come with out any hotel information.

That is actually a great idea! I was worried before we told the kids, we told them a month in advance so lots of it came after we told but some things came before. I was just glad as a stay at home mom I could get the mail before they came home from school and hide it ;) Disney should definitely have an option for those surprising their kids though since it is such a common thing.
