Who do i make a complaint to ???

Hi all,
Anyone who has been reading my trip reports will know that on checking into the Sequoia Lodge for our stay we were actually downgraded with regard to room type.
I wish to write and complain about this but do not know who i am supposed to complain to and the address i send the letter to.

Can anyone help????

You should complain first to whoever you booked with.

If it was Disney direct, you should contact them. A letter would be the best way. Unfortunately I can't find the address.

Hopefully someone here will have it. If not phone and ask for Head office address.
