Who do I contact when Member Satisfaction drops the ball?

It's tough to say without a little more information. In most cases, any issues involving a stay should have been resolved right at the resort when they happened. If the issue involves the number of banked points in your account, then that should be resolved thru MS. If the issue involves your guide not calling you back, a call to the DVC sales office would be the best place to call. In some cases, it just takes times (meaning even several weeks) for Member Satisfaction to research the probelm and get back with a member about a complaint.

Otherwise you can call a resale broker or an attorney to try to get resolution to the problem.
