I had a wonderful experience with MS the other day ! The MS rep I dealt with to help me make some changes to our reservations for a upcoming trip was simply outstanding ... and I want to let her supervisior know how pleased I am !
Also, I wanted to share my story with you ! Just another reason why I love my DVC !
My changes were a bit complicated ... it involved a transfer of points from a friend's account that needed to be done through a manual adjustment ... and coincidentally, while we were working this through, my request for a BW view came through, but I couldn't yet switch the change in view over until the points were posted as having been transferred into my account because I needed them to complete the reservation.
The MS rep had my friend call her directly so she could handle the transfer herself to expedite things ... which I thought was so nice ! My friend and I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to do this to begin with since my reservation involved 2 different use years ... and she was originally give incorrect info by someone else at MS when she first called to try a make the transfer.
Then, yesterday afternoon, my phone rings ... it's the MS rep calling to tell me the transfer was complete ! She just wanted to let me know she "had been babysitting my account" all day waiting for the transferred points to show .... and they were now there and available for me to use to make the changes I needed to make and I could go ahead and get the BW view I had waitlisted for !!
Talk about going above and beyond !

So ... can I call a supervisor directly at MS on the regular MS line ?
Anyone ever given a formal compliment to a MS rep before ?
