Who do I call?

We are staying at GF in September - I know it is too early to call the room controller, but was wondering if it is the same number to check on the requests on our room. The reservation was made by a travel agent and I just want to confirm that the important stuff is really on there... I just don't know who to call. I have a severe allergy to down and need to make sure that there won't be any in the room, since that could potentially ruin our honeymoon.

Please! Who do I call? Reservations or room controller, or someone else???
 
I would call CRO and see if they can pick up your reservations in their system. If not, call the GF, mention your concerns and see what they have to say. I would still definitely call the resort about 4 days out and reconfirm everything.
 
The resort doesn't see the reservation until 4 or 5 days before arrival, so they cannot do anything now.

You can try calling CRO, but if it is booked thru a travel agent, they will tell you to talk to your travel agent.

All travel agents get a faxed or mailed confirmation of your booking - ask your agent to send you a copy of that - your requests should be noted on that confirmation.
