I know Giordano's (one of the best Chicago style Pizza's in Chicago) does!!! (I think you want the LakeBuenaVista location, it was in the yellow pages when I was there in July)

Our first night there, we fly in at dinner time, in January we plan to also do Giordano's. I already have what we want to order written down so I can call as soon as I know a room number and get it ASAP.
Are there other restaurants besides pizza that deliver?

We also order from Giordano's. They have their menu online, makes ordering easy.

Flippers is in the Crossroads shopping center and they have great pizza!
