Who can make changes to a reservation?

My boyfriend and I are going to Disney World May 12-23 and we are splitting our stay between the Contemporary (first 7 nights) and the Wilderness Lodge (last 4 nights). We have Annual Passes and we'd LOVE to get an AP code applied to our reservation.

The reservation was done in my boyfriend's name with his credit card. My question is, Can I call CRO and apply the discount AP code when they are released? I work third shift and am home during the day (at 7AM!) and my boyfriend works first shift and cannot call from work, so he wouldn't be able to call CRO until 6 or 7PM when he gets home.

I'll have all the information of my boyfriend's credit card number, and all our confirmation numbers and all that info they'd need. When we called to book the rooms (back in September), the CM asked the name of the second person in the room and my boyfriend gave her my full name, so would that help?

I am just really anxious to get these codes applied. This will determine whether we can afford a second trip in January 2006. I am worried that if we have to wait until 6 or 7PM to apply the code, they will all be gone.
