I have plans to stay at fort wilderness 2 weeks. All I'm trying to do is add one extra day in front of vacation. It should not be that difficult! I've called two times.

The last person politely helped me for at least 30 minutes if not longer! She couldn't add the day. She said she was trying to add my family coming and the website would not add or except them, for her to continue. She even had me as people I wasn't. I tried to explain no were not from Afghanistan were from TN. I'm the person on the first reservation number I gave you. Her supervisor could not help either! I was really afraid she was going to delete my vacation or something by the time it was over.

They finally told me to see if I could add the day and they were sorry they could not help!

When I logged into my Disney site I had same problem with website not taking other family members for some reason and then reserving. I found new friends with no names on my list. I deleted them! I finally got the extra day by not using family names and just saying my husband only was reserving it.

The problem with me getting the reservation online to begin with, I tried to explain to them, is now I have two reservations at the fort! My tickets and other family names are on the first original reservation and I can't use the tickets until I check in the next day! I will probably have to move camper the next day. I can deal with that, we just won't unhook the camper. But if we arrive early enough it would be nice to have tickets.

Who am I talking to when I call Disney! Who can I call to really help! When you call Disney are you calling someone in another state, country or what? I hesitate in calling anyone. My husband says leave well enough alone! We'll just talk to someone in person when we get there! Who would you call if anyone!

We had a similar issue with dining reservations and I had to call their IT Department, not once but several times until I finally got one of their IT personnel who was able to identify and fix the issue. I would try that as your issue sounds like an IT problem. Good Luck!
