I hear some say they have Rev Day pencilled in for their day. Does Disney do the actual booking?

I requested his "jacks pak" where you give your date but do i need to ask separately if he is available that day?

pete?

You are responsible for booking the officiant. If I recall correctly, when you fill out the info for the jacks pack, you also send your date and time. He may only send you a pack if he has the slot open. You can email him and he will get right back to you about whether it is open or not. He has been recovering from surgery lately though, so it may take a little longer. When he responded to me, it was within one day. He's great with email!

What if an officiant is not available, what happens? I also heard mentioned fees for officiants at Disney, is this true? I don't remember reading that on the intimates page.

The Disney list of officiants has always agreed to a specific rate that is the same for everyone, not sure if that is still the case, but I believe so. We brought a money order and gave it to him directly on the day, but ours was a Custom Wedding. They did not roll it into the budget, we had to pay it ourselves.

With intimate weddings the fee is already included in your package, and Disney will pay the officient, but you are responsible for booking him.
