Who, besides me won't be at DISCON?

I won't be attending DISCON but I hopefully will be able to go up for a day or two to hang out with some people and attend some mini meets.

Another member of the non-DIS-CON group here. Sure wish I could go but we are going for Christmas and New Years so I can't be greedy.

I'd really love to be there, but I'll be in WDW 11/14 - 11/23 this year (before our APs expire). We move into our new home on 11/22, so there's no way I'll be able to go. Anyone want to come to St. Louis instead and help me unpack??? We could have our own DISCON party!

Wow, there are so many wonderful folks who won't be there. I wish you all could be there, but I TOTALLY understand all the various reasons. I really do.

And Ellen, I hope your DH can hang in there long enough 'til everything turns around for the better. {{hugs}}

I like those Non-Con logos.....they're very cool.

Last year I referred to people in groups.....The DIS-Con'ers, The Non-Con'ers, and The Half-Con'ers (the ones who were there, but didn't attend the offical events. LOL!). It looks like we'll have the same groups again this year.

I won't be there, either. Maybe by the fourth or fifth one I'll actually be able to go, LOL. It's more of a schedule conflict this year, because room rates are looking AWESOME!

I went last year with my DD (14 then) we really had a good time the special viewing of illuminations with dessert was the best. But the week it is planned is just two week before my DS has college exams and I felt bad not taking him last year as he loves WDW as much as I do, my DD can take it or leave it.
But I loved WDW decorated for Christmas and the MVMCP so much that I wanted to go to the world again this year. DS son's exams are over on 12/13 and we head to WDW on 12/14. He wanted to stay at the WL and since the discounts were so great, that is where we will be staying.
So we will miss DIS CON II but since we are going later in the month I do not feel too bad.
Here's hoping there will be a DIS CON III and maybe a cruise!
