Who assigns rooms for Concierge Guests??

We are staying at the Poly & AKL Concierge in Nov. Who does the room assignments? Does Concierge or a room assigner? Thanks

(BC) Concierge has their own room assigners. So you should e-mail your itineary planner and she should pass it along to the room assigner. At least thats how it worked for us.
