I will be sending some to me,myself,and I.I want to do that because,I have to make sure I get one.

Of course I will send some to my friends,via mule teams.This could be a great event if staff make the gift good.

Also, what if the gift is JUNK?????? What if it is just some stinky pin?? And it costs 500 credits!!!! Wouldn't it just be better to give your friends something you KNOW they will like??????

But then again what if it something totally awesome and you wish you had bought more??. More than likely this will not be able to be bought in stores and who knows...maybe it will be something extra special since we had to endure Halloween stuff for so long. Such a dilema...

Well, whatever it is, i just got done sending 100 of them lol. (made my list and checked it twice lol).

I must add, it is a real pain that i had to re-enter all my info 100 times. I mean literally, not just a figure of speech here lol. There had to be an easier way to send multiple gifts than that, but leave it to vmk to make even the simplest task as difficult as possible lol.

As i said to ears in his thread, you have to do it like this..

you have to go in as player, enter your name and birthdate, and then continue and "give a gift" is the default option, continue again and enter the players name that you want to give a gift to in the message field.

you have to repeat the process for each person you want to gift.

If you keep choosing the give a gift option on the first pop up page when you first hit the contact us button, you will keep geting the error.

Hmmm. I think I'll be sending them to myself (and my mules) and keeping track of everything. No one even knows what this is. If it's a pin, some people don't care about pins. If it's a hat, others may not want it. So I want to see what it is and make sure that I get all that I paid for. Then I can gift them out in person.

I still haven't received my hyena pin that I should have gotten.

So I'm not about to "send" a present to someone else and them not receive it. I'd just end up 500 credits lost in the black hole.

I'm doing the same things on the ones I sent out to others and the ones I send to myself.

Now the question is:
is it the same gift everyday or a different one-----mmmm?

second question is: how many are you sending to yourself?

Oh decoy, i agree. And not blowing my own horn, but i'm in a position in the game to do both. I understand that many people are not, but could be if they really wanted to do both. THey dont have to do both, but it is possible if theyd like to. I have 20 mules with over 2,500 each JUST to gift people with this secret present system. Then another 10 set aside with over 15,000 each to gift people if/when new stuff comes out. Those are all my "christmas team" that i created a while back, and the gift event mules a few days ago. We wont even get into my normal mules that i have to get me and my family all the new goodies that come out lol. Then there's always the main dude himself, and well, he can gift everybody on the dis, a few times, if need be lol.
Again, i understand that a lot of people dont have many credits. So yeah this secret gift thing might seem silly, and it is a bit silly the way they are executing it. All i was really getting at in earlier posts was, that if people have the desire to do a bit of this gift giving event, they can always make a few mules, and save their hard earned credits to gift people face to face. Thats what i am doing. So i think we were on the same page, we just got there a little differently.

So i'll give the santa thing a shot, but yes many of you should plan on seeing me in person as well, when i pop in on you between now and the 25th.
