HI! I'm new and wondering about tips. Who to tip and how much?

Carolyn Allen's Dress Steaming $20
Beaute Speciale 20%
Transportation 20% (But double check in case already added through Disney contract)
Rev Tim Herring $30
Floral Planner $50 Visa Gift Card (Heard they cant accept cash)
Wedding planner $100 Visa Gift Card (Heard they cant accept cash)
Photographer-Randy Chapman (if photography owns company no need to tip)


NOTHING DISNEY GETS TIPPED THAT SERVICE CHARGE APPLIES TO

we tipped pretty much everyone we saw that day:

limo driver
violinist
disney photographer
officiant

I'm not sure about how much because my hubby did the tipping for them, i never even thought about it but of course i tipped my hairstylist
