Whitehall room table choices

Could someone please tell me what choices there are for table sizes in the Whitehall room?

I was given the option of 1 long table for approx 30 people or 3 round tables (which is what I opted for) My planner did send me pics of the rooms laid up so if this will help you it may be worth asking them.

Did they charge you anymore for the different table styles?

No the charge was the same - the only thing to consider is you may have needed more linen on the long table.

IMO the long table was very long, and so it would have been difficult to move around the room and chat to all our guests. With 3 tables we still had enough room for a piano and a area for my DH and I to have our first dance.

Although I had 3 tables they were all different sizes aswell so my table was larger (by about 4 people) so there is still room to play around with your table sizes.

Sorry to jump the thread. I've seen White Hall set up for conventions with three tables in an oped-side box.

This set-up is exactly what I want for my reception. It's the perfect size for our number of guests (23), and I would put the sweetheart table about where the picture was taken from.

Are these tables an option for weddings? Do you think I'd have to throw a fit to get it?

Do you recall what color your chair sashes are? We have the Whitehall room/patio booked for our September wedding. It didn't occur to me to have the dinner outdoors. Although in September, the heat and rain will probably be an issue for us... Your reception looked beautiful!

We were married last December in a heat wave... 86 degrees! lol


Resort to provide ivory standard floor length linens:

8 90x90" ice blue organza overlays on the sweetheart table, cake table and Guest rounds

60 Ivory cotton chair covers with ice blue organza sashes tied in a bow
