Just got it via email. We have already booked our hotel in my g/f name my pin came to my email can we use it even though the trip is in my name. We booked Caribean Beach for $666 and paid a deposit will this discount this rate or stay the same? Also we paid our deposit for this room at CB can we change resorts and get our deposit back if weve already paid some on this hotel?

You can make any change you want, providing there is avialability. They will transfer your deposit to your new ressie.

If the pin is in her name you may have to put the ressie in her name. Doesn't really matter who's name the ressie is under. I have 2 rooms booked in my name because the pin came in my name. One room is for DH and myself and 2 Grandchildren the other is for my son and his family.

Call the number on the pin and they will convert the current reservation to the pin price (if the same category is available). As long as your g/f is one of the names in the party you can use the pin. The reservation will stay in your name and the reservation number will stay the same. You will just get the lower price.
