white pen/marker

What pen/marker would you all suggest for "dotting" along the outer edge of my cricut cutouts? I see many who do it but want to make sure I have a nice white pen and that it'll show up well. Any suggestions????? I'd like to keep it relatively inexpensive (meaning $3-5 if possible).

I think mine is sakura - I use it with a stitching template and for writing on dark papers Not expensive

I have one from Stampin Up that works well with my paper crafts.

I just found out that Pentel does a white pen, and they come 3 for something like $5! That is cheap and they are really great! Not as thick as the Sakura pen, but if it gunks up or runs out as fast as the Sakura, I have no problem getting rid of it!
