White Chocolate Cindy's Castle Cakes!!

Okay, I'm sorry to post this, because im sure it's already been answered but of all the thread's ive dug through i cant quite get a straight answer! I am looking to surprise DBF on our upcoming September trip! Initally i wanted the Tuxedo strawberries but we are staying in All Star Music, and discovered they cannot deliever there , SO! I am on a quest to figure out where i CAN have one of the small white cindy's castle cake's sent to?? Just a 6" would be sufficient... It's just a little surprise! And also, as i said before he loves strawberries, so is there any choice in the filling or are these pre-made?? If anyone has sent one to their room at All Star Music, or even to a resturant i would really appricate any advice on it!!! Thanks DIS'ers!

The castle cake is only available at the Grand Floridian resort and restaurants.

Plan a meal at Citricos, Narcoossees, 1900 Park Fair, Grand Floridian Cafe or the Afternoon Tea and make sure you order the cake at least 48 hours in advance. It is not available on a walk-in basis.

Thanks everyone! Looks like i will be trying to adjust one of our ADR's or thinking of an alternate surprise! Has anyone ate at 1900 Park Fare on the DDP??? Were there no characters at all? Because i know when i called before, the CM said that for the DDP, the character's arent there. Anyone been there for themselves???

I have eaten breakfast there with Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter and have a reservation with my free dining (yeah!!) this August for Dinner and will see the stepsisters, Lady Tremaine (sp?) and possible Cinderella and Prince Charming....

I dont know WHY the person taking reservation would tell you there are no characters for DDP!! Crazy CM....

Some people have gotten different answers regarding which size cake is customizeable (is that a word?). Anyway, last October, I planned a private dinner at the GF for our 15th anniversary. I was able to get a 6" cake customized with chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries filling. We had the white chocolate Mickey & Minnie in their wedding attire as our topper. It was delicious! And it was more than enough cake! We took it back to our resort (the Poly) & fed some to our kids that night. Then, we all had some for dessert the following night. Then, we still threw some away when we left the next morning.

No, there are also characters at the dinner. Breakfast is one set of characters (Mary Poppins, Mad Hatter, etc.) and then dinner is a Cinderella themed meal. You'll see Cinderella, Prince Charming, the Step Mother, and her Step Sisters. HTH

Thanks so much everyone! Now the only thing that stinks is that, i called to change my existing ressie (tony's town square) to 1900, and they are all booked! of course.... but I will keep trying back!!! But seriously, thanks for clearing that up for me! I wish the CM would've, then i would have gotten a ressie! oh well. No matter where we end up, it'll still be awesome, because we're at disney!!!
