The food is tasty enough, nothing fabulous. The whole point of the place is the antics.
There's no organized entertainment like a show, WCC is one of those interactive places where the waitstaff is in character. It's sort of a rowdy western atmosphere, servers bang trays, hoot and holler, pick on the guests, make them get up and sing "I'm a little teapot" for the whole restaurant, make them wear napkin hats, that sort of thing. At various times, children (and some adults) are invited to ride stick ponies around the restaurant. As the PP said, it's extremely noisy.
If your group gets into the antics and would enjoy playing along with the server, you'll have fun. If you don't want to participate, want a quiet, relaxing meal, or have shy folks in your group that don't like attention drawn to them, definitely look elsewhere.
