I am thinking of doing WCC for lunch on our arrival day (Monday). Can you usually do WCC as a walk up for lunch or is it too busy during the lunch period? I don't know what time we would be getting there to eat so I don't want to make an ADR

WCC is usually pretty busy for lunch but it truly depends on what time you arrive and what time of the year it is. I think the later the lunch, the better chance you will have. We often never make any ADR's and just show up at restaurants. We generally have good luck but if a place is not available, we figure it was not meant to be. We drive everywhere when in WDW so to go from one place to another is never that big a deal for us.

We just returned from six nights at the WL. We easily got a table for breakfast one morning. It was never busy in the morning.

We walked by a few times between noon and 2 PM during the trip. It never seemed very busy.

In fact, when we ate dinner at WCC on Tuesday, there were a few empty tables and no one waiting in the lobby area.

I think you'll be able to drop by without much trouble.
