No comparison at all. If you can only do 1, and if cost/credits are not the barrier, then do HDDR.
HDDR is a complete show and includes food and alcoholic beverages. Dancing, singing, and a story line. WCC is a place to eat dinner where the servers and the guests tend to be boisterous. I think the food at HDDR is better than the skillet at WCC, which would be the closest comparison.
WCC does also have a menu and my impression was that it was average at best. We last ate there a year ago. DD (adult) had the penne pasta and I had the trout. Trout seemed OK but I only got part; DD disliked her pasta so much that we traded. The pasta was edible but absolutely nothing special. There are too many other good restaurants; I don't plan to return to WCC for quite some time.
