I never ate there before but from what I have read you can ask for:

ketchup
water or refill on your drink

Ask for ketchup, jelly (if at breakfast), sweetner, refills. The CMs there are great, a load of fun and make you feel as if they really honestly love what they are doing. We love the Whispering Canyon!!

Ask for "a little bit more" of your soda/iced tea.

Also ask for straws.

have the kids in your group ask for a color of crayon that they don't have

We are thinking of trying here for our trip in November. This sounds like so much fun.

It also comes with a warning that you shouldn't be disappointed if all these things don't pan out. "But please use this only as a guide for possibly having fun and not a list of expectations!"

That being said, here are a few suggestions:

Wear a Hat or T-Shirt from Universal or Sea World
Ask your server where his 6-shooter is
Tell your server you spent the day at an attraction outside of WDW
Tell the server who's birthday or anniversary it is
Have your kids "egg him/her on"
Have one of the males in the group ask where the restrooms are
Challenge your server to a pistol fight and ask for a gun
Claim your straw is not long enough
Chew gum
Ask the server where you can buy some chewing gum in WDW
