Whispering Canyon or Crystal Palace

Help! Could anyone tell me about WC? We had planned to to CP again this year, but I thought maybe we would try WC. Don't know much about it. Any info would be great! Thanks in advance!!

DH and I went to both on our last trip and loved both so I don't think you can go wrong. If you have already been to CP then I suggest trying WC! The food was great, service and waitstaff were hysterical.

You should definitely try WC. The food is much better than CP and it is so much fun!! I would definitely rate this as one of my very favorite restaurants.

Whispering Canyon is a great place to eat and we do love CP as well. WC is more of a place that the servers kind of pick on you--but in a fun way. The food is wonderful and the lodge is awesome.

Are you talking about Breakfast or Dinner?

Either way, it's a difficult comparison because the two restaurants are vastly different.

First off, Crystal Palace is a buffet, with typical buffet-style food. We've eaten breakfast here a few times. We really enjoy it. I've never had dinner there, so if it is dinner you are considering, then I can't help you. Also, CP is a character meal, while Whispering Canyon is not.

Whispering Canyon is a full-service, rip-roaring good time if you ask my opinion. It is much more so at dinner than at breakfast. At breakfast, the atmosphere is not nearly as loud and rambunctious.

Whispering Canyon is probably my family's favorite restaurant on site. We love breakfast and dinner. It's more "our style".

I do suggest WC for dinner. The food was really good. And make sure you request to sit in the inside dinning room. We sat on the outside, and missed alot of the fun. I won't make that mistake again.

Thanks sooooooooooo much. Whispering Canyon it is. Sounds like great fun to me. I am sure my DH and 3DS will love it. We did love CP, but since we have already done it last year seems like we should try something new. You all are great. Thanks!!!!

I'm doing both this sunday. Crystal Palace for breakfast and Whispering Canyon for lunch. I hope they're good. WCC looks like it's a lot of fun, and this will be the first character breakfast I've been to.

Whispering Canyon...we ate there less than 2 weeks ago for dinner.

Ask for the waiter "Bullfrog". He was terrific & made sure my whole family got in on the fun. I saw some waitstaff that did not seem to "get into it" with their tables, but Bullfrog was a riot. He actually got the whole restaurant's attention, told them my name & that I did not finish my specially prepared broccoli. He then spoon fed me the broccoli, with the whole restaurant watching....so embarassing.
