Whispering Canyon or Chef Mickey?

Hi all! We booked free dining for the last week available and are so excited! My DH and I are traveling with DS4 and DS2, as well as grandparents. We have ADRs for Crystal Palace and Garden Grill and I was pondering Whispering Canyon of Chef Mickey (we also have Boma and 50's Prime). I am sure the boys will love either Whispering Canyon or Chef Mickey's so I guess it comes down to staying seated to eat or buffet...what do yall think>

Wow! What a tough decision. The kids loved both - I would say WC if they are older and CM if they are younger.

Whispering Canyon is a favorite of my 3 & 5 yo. And the lobby at WL is fun to hang out in.

I would say WC. It might not have characters but the CM's can be quite fun and characters in their own. Not to mention I think the food is much better than Chef Mickey's.

I would say WC only because I haven't been there yet and that is where we want to eat at on our next trip.

We ate at Chef Mickey's for breakfast on our trip last month and our DS (8) had a blast.

We ate at both places for dinner on our last trip. Our kids would definitely pick Chef Mickeys. We had heard of the antics at WC, but didn't see any but the catsup bottles being delivered in multiples to our table from other people.
I would vote for Chef Mickeys too

Hey,
WCC would be our choice. Chef Mickey's is o.k. but you're already doing a buffet at CP.

WCC is alot of fun! The bottomless milk shakes are delious and the ketchup thing is worth doing at least once. Not to mention that the food is a heck of alot better than buffet style food as it is made to order and served hot.

Like your family, we were a 3-generation-family on our last trip and we all loved both WCC and Chef Mickeys! Chef Mickeys was great for breakfast with the Classic Characters. Pure Disney!
