Whispering Canyon or Beaches n' cream?

If you could only do 1, which would you do?

DD5, and DH will be with me. WCC is more convienient, but the ice creams look so great at Beaches n' cream.

I will be on the deluxe DP.

Is this dinner or lunch? What do you prefer to eat? The skillet is good at WCC but we decided not to eat there this year, wasn't our favorite. We love the boardwalk area even if it isn't so convenient to reach. We stayed at WL last year, ate at WCC twice but loved the boardwalk area better for dinner and atmosphere.

It would be for lunch. I'm saying WCC is more convienient because we'll be at MK that day and the BC is closer to Epcot.

They are very different. You are probably right that WCC will be more convenient from MK. You can also make an ADR at WCC, but not Beaches and Cream, which is another convenience.

If you plan on going back to MK, I would choose the closest place, which would be WCC. You may also want to try Chef Mickey's that day. That way you can hop on the rail, walk, or take the boat. If you want to take a nice loooong break, beaches would be a nice afternoon break but it would take quite a bit of your time if you plan to travel back to MK.

Only 1. Seriously? Give something else up. If I had to choose, I'd dine at WCC (breakfast is our fave). You can always grab an ice cream as a snack.

We've yet to eat at either place but in August we have an ADR to do WCC which we are looking forward to & are planning to go to Beaches & Cream to pay OOP for the "Kitchen Sink"...piggies, piggies, piggies!!!

WCC is a really fun experience & a nice midday break from MK. Just take the ferry over to WL.

As A pp said, WCC takes adrs and Beaches and cream does not...B&C usually has a wait of at least 45mins to 1 hr.If you go there for opening or eat at like 200pm you MAY get lucky and have no wait.The food there is ok, I prefer WCC personally.
