Will we miss out on any antics or atmosphere if we go to lunch on a Sat (Dec. 4th to be exact) rather than dinner at Whispering Canyon?

Dinner may not be an option we may be leaving WDW before dinner on that day and we can't do it anyother day either.

Thanks for any info!
Patty

Not at all, Breakfast, Lunch and DInner are all crazy at WC.

Patty, I am going for lunch at WC on Sat the 4th as well! :p Going with a friend from MI who made the PS, I think it might be at 1, can't remember. Hope we both have a good lunch there! ;) :D

Well ya big fart. I was like HAY there are 2 sets of people that are going when I am and another from MI. Then I looked over, saw it was you that posted so the person from MI is me.

So Patty, this will be my first lunch there so I am hoping for some fun too.

I have never been to WC for dinner, so I don't know what we "missed", but we were there for a late lunch before MNSSHP on 10/31 and it was very crowded, so I don't know if this was a "normal" experience.

There was a lot going on, very fun, but I did overhear a server telling another table that they save a lot of the usual fun (the ketchup, etc.) for dinner. At lunch, all the tables have ketchup.

I think you'll have fun even with an "abridged" version of the fun, we certainly did.

By the way, we had the all you can eat skillet, and it was great!

I am thinking about adding this lunch in. Do you think I will need reservations in Jan.?
TIA

Hey! Me too!! It's starting to get crowded! :crowded:

We have a 12:00 PS.
Four of us including DW, DS11, and DS8. Our first time too!

We took a friend of ours there for lunch a few weeks ago. She had never been there before. Our waiter was wonderful and at one point left our friend speechless. Believe me I have never seen her with a loss for words!

So yes the antics still go on and the food is pretty good too.

My wife and I eat at the WC when we stay at the WL. We always enjoy the meals there for B, L and D. We did find however, that the CMs antics were a little more robust for breafast. What a great time! Don't forget to ask for some ketchup! :rotfl:
