At Whispering Canyon, are the antics at breakfast as good as they are at lunch and dinner? Anything unique to breakfast that we should request?

We like to have breakfast here when staying at the WL. We go for the food, not the antics. We do hear them get a little riled with some guest in the morning, but generally seem to stay pretty low keyed (just the way we like it). We find the breakfast pretty good here and prefer to eat at WC than in roaring forks. We generally never have a PS for the morning and are usually there when they open at 7:30AM. We'll be there soon.

When we had breakfast there last November, the antics may have been a bit kinder and gentler than at dinner, but there was still plenty of fun to be had. Three adults were celebrating birthdays, and we sang to them while they were hassled by the waitresses. This was at 8 AM, and WC wasn't mobbed, just starting to get busy. It was fun to watch, but dh and I were able to enjoy breakfast without any feeling of intrusion. Great food and service that AM.

We've never eaten there, but thinking about it for our upcoming trip. Is it reasonably priced? What kind of food do they serve?:wave2:

The food is the normal breakfast fare foods. A pretty good choice. The price is not much more than the standard egg breakfasts you get at roaring forks, that's why we prefer to go there.

DH and I have eaten there three times. . .and we LOVE IT :teeth: ! I usually get the omelet with everything in it--DELISH!! Their chocolate milk is the BEST--it's so creamy and rich! DH gets that bottomless skillet breakfast-- I think it comes with eggs, sausage, waffles, banana nut bread--I think there might be more. Whenever your skillet gets empty, you can get it re-filled for FREE! Hope this helps!

P.S. We've only eaten there during breakfast, and it's very entertaining--but not annoying.

Wow...I think WCC has some breakfast offerings that are NOT the standard breakfast fare! DH loves to get the Kansas City hash which has corned beef, home fries, onions, BBQ sauce and eggs. He loves it! The kids and I usually order the Cousin Katie's French Toast which is topped with cinnamon icing and served with baked apples.

Now that sounds delicious Belle5 !!! ::yes::

We have decided to try WCC at breakfast.
I really wanted to eat there ,since we will be staying at WL,but didn't want to give up one of my other favorites to open up a dinner spot for it.
