DH had an omelette. This time (read my report on Boatwright's) he ordered it the way HE liked it and was very, very happy! The potatoes on the side are a nice touch and very yummy. The kids and I all had the cousin Katie's French Toast with cinnamon icing and baked apples. I think I was expecting a thicker more flavorful icing (like the thick, white glaze you can get on cinnamon rolls) but this was a thin, brown icing without a ton of flavor. The apples didn't add a lot of flavor either. While we all found it to be pretty good I don't think anyone would order it again. We'd go back and try something else.
We were glad not to have a wild server. (Been there, done that...) Just wanted a quiet breakfast and enjoyed watching others participate in the antics from a distance. The little guy didn't even want to horse race this year.
Spoodles breakfast being our least favorite this trip I would have to put this restaurant second to last. DH would disagree since he liked his omelette so well. I think we all want unusual breakfasts when we go to WDW--otherwise we'll just go to Perkins. (Spoodles, Whispering Canyon, Trail's End, Boatwright's and Concourse were the breakfasts we had this trip.)
