Hello!

We are on the regular dining plan and would like to eat at the Whispering Canyon for the all you can eat skillet breakfast. I looked at their menu online but do not see a children's section of the menu. Does anyone know if they have a children's menu and if they do not can she order from the adult menu? Also I'm assuming that the skillet breakfast would be 1 table service credit?

Thank you!

My family ate breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe in November 2008 while staying at Wilderness Lodge. In terms of food quality, breakfast was probably the best meal we had there, and without the crowds (or antics), the wait staff has time to be more attentive.

To answer your questions: yes, there is a separate children's menu, and the all-you-care-to-enjoy skillet is there (with its own children's price). WCC is a table service eatery, so you are correct: 1 TS credit per person. For breakfast, it probably isn't worth using the TS credit, and you might want to consider paying cash for that meal.

Enjoy your stay!

Just got back from WL on Aug 2. We did not care for the WCC breakfast at all. It was like all you can eat of the counter service breakfast. Hope you enjoy it and/or have better luck. Our best breakfast was at Cat Cora's Kouzzina.

We ate breakfast there last December and really enjoyed it! We loved the skillet - and was nice, a good variety in there and nice to not have to keep going up to a buffet.
We love Ohana's breakfast skillet, and found this to be similar, potatoes, eggs, bacon, mickey waffles. I thought everything was very good - really liked the potatos! There were some antics going on which was nice to enjoy - we always do dinner, antics are a bit more at dinner, though did lunch that same trip and it was booorrriiinnng!
Can't wait to do breakfast there for this upcoming Nov/Dec trip! Good food, nice change from buffets.

Good to hear you like Onhans, I am eating there Christmas morning. I am flying home that night so I figure what a better way to end a great trip with the some characters, I am 50 something and still enjoy all of the Disney characters

We ate breakfast at the WCC last month and had the skillet. It was very good! Last year went and had the skillet for dinner - never again! Try the breakfast. My kids loved it as did we.
