Whispering Canyon - Birthday cake?

Hi,
I know this has probably been asked before! We will be celebrating BIL's birthday with dinner at Whispering Canyon and I would love to know how to order a birthday cake for dessert.

Is it only the GF Bakery that makes the cakes for delivery to restaurants?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!!
