We have a 5:00 PS for WC because we want to hit the campfire and movie at Fort Wilderness at 7:00. I think I read that it was someone's opinion that the Hokey Pokey, stick horse races etc. might not get going until later. What is your experience? We could do the two events on different nights if a later PS will be more fun.

I've been there right at 5pm and the games didn't start till closer to six. They are too busy at first seating people and taking orders to do much besides the pranks...ketchup, etc. Once it fills up to have enough kids to race, they begin doing them. Oh course, this is all just my observation, your milage may vary:D

Like so many of these things, it can completely depend on a number of variables. I've been to WC at various times, as it's often my resort of choice. One of the best times I had was at about 5:15 p.m.... there wasn't a really big crowd, and yet the servers had the kids worked into a comlete frenzy! I've also had a great time there later in the evening... one night, I ate there pretty late... probably around 9 p.m. or so. It was a bit quieter, but it felt as if the cast members went out of their way to make sure that the kids were having fun.
