Growing up DD loved to pass out candy. She would always hold the bowl and let them grab what they wanted. Most kids were so nice and polite, they would just grab a piece or two. We had to push them to get more. And when they didn't, I would reach in, grab a bunch and put it in the bag. They were happy either way.
