Sounds like you have a case, but it might have also been unintentional since they may have been looking for pictures of the guitar.
Intentional or not, you may have a case that they mislead you with the pictures if they didn't have disclaimers.
That's a good example of what I was describing. Stock pictures usually include things not included in the auction. They most certainly don't represent the quality of the item. That's why I rarely ever bid on auctions with stock photos.
