seeing as there appears to be "reading material" next to said Toilet- I'm going with FIL came to visit- and the toilet is where he spends his time- so out it goes.

I think I would have to grab a newspaper and sit on it with my pants around my ankles for a while just to allow passerbys to have a little chuckle.

Seriously though (or at least as close to serious as this can get) it is probably a remodel. My brother is a contractor and if the toilet was functional he would put it out on the curb early so if anyone wanted it they could take it before the garbage men did.

Reminds me of when my BF (now DH) called me to ask if he could spend the night with me. His precise words "My toilet is now in the backyard".

His landlord was selling the house and remodeling the bathroom, but got some good laughs from us over the years.
