that we decided to buy a travel trailer! I must admit, our Eureka Copper Canyon tent really held up through the day/nights of high wind, torrential rain, and flying Spanish Moss, but my nerves did not.
We bought the Forest River R-pod 176T, still some tent there but can pull it in and jump in the bunks should I get too scared!
(flying Spanish Moss)
I'll tell ya, we live a ways away from the Fort, but it's my home away from home and I cannot wait to get there... maybe next year. Gotta break it in a bit, get used to camping a whole different way (no more flying in with the tent... for now anyway), and have to get the young-und used to being in the car a bit longer than to Wallyworld.
I'm still not sure who brought the green Dis-boards magnet over to our tent when we stayed last, heck I can't even remember when that was, but I have it on our house fridge for now. My spouse doesn't even know what the Dis is (gasp) so was quite lost when a stranger showed up to say "hey!". I'm looking to buy a milk can at a local auction to make the mickey light. Can't tell ya how excited I am to graduate up to the bigger sites!
