I havent canceled our trip for April yet. I'm holding out hope that my mom will be well enough that I can leave for a week. :guilty: I have until March 19 to decide and pay.

Anyway, today I got a letter in the mail showing a change in flights. Ok, not a big deal, that happens all the time, right? Except someone switched our return from May 1 to May 14! As much as I would like to go for 3 weeks, its not in the budget, for time or money! :lmao: So, I log on to the disney site and double check. Sure enough, May 14!

I called, and talked to a nice cm. She started confirming all the details. She got to the return flight and said "oh my, how did that happen?!". She had me on hold forever to fix it. When she came back, she had good news Not only could she fix it, she saved me $25. :rotfl2:

Think about it... 3 weeks in Disneyland?

:teacher:

(Good thing) x (more days) = (a lot of good thing) + (living on the street)

Well, then you put Disneyland to the 21st power, as you are staying there for 3 weeks. Take the derivitive of a good thing, thus you get:

f '(good thing) = (Disneyland)^21

Then you factor in Living on the Street, which means you'll have to subtract all the times you could have gone to Disneyland in the Future.

(living on the street) = (Disneyland)^21 - (Disneyland)^45

Subtract.

(living on the street) = (a Negative Number of Disneylands)

Using the Transitive Property, it is apparent that going to Disneyland for two more weeks would end up equaling no more Disneyland. I have thus mathematically proven that choosing a one week trip over a three week trip means you'll get more Disney.

WOW. You're an even bigger geek than I am! :rotfl2:

Are you a math teacher

Are you a math teacher

Absolutely not! :rotfl:

I just happened to have Calculus on the mind when I clicked on the 1+1=2 smiley. One thing lead to another, and I was doing a full-blown Disney Math Problem.

Impressive. Math looks much better when it's Disney-ised

Another one of my made up words....:lmao:

hlbtimes2-I hope your mom is better. Maybe a trip to DL will be what you guys need. A little break from reality. I hope you still get to go.
