Which would you prefer?

I just moved into a townhouse a couple months ago, from a house. I was really worried about the common walls, and I don't know if it's the new method of construction or not (mine was just built, but others in the development are a couple years old), but the common walls are no problem at all-- we hear NOTHING!! I heard more of my neighbors in the old house. My neighbors and I actually turned the TV and radio way up to see if we can hear, and we heard nothing!

I would say the only problem is if you like a big private yard-- obviously, you don't get that, but it's a minor drawback (for someone who doesn't like to cut said yard, it's no drawback at all )

I hope your bid is accepted. We love living in a newer suburban area. We've made so many friends and there's lots of kids in the neighborhood.
